December Deadlines
Christmas is fast approaching and the Christmas party season is upon us so remembering all the deadlines approaching for the month may slip your mind here are a few handy pointers to help you along throughout the month to mark in your calendars.
Take a look and make sure you don’t get caught out by being late with payments and filing deadlines to avoid penalties, fines and interest charges.
1 December 2016
- Corporation Tax due for company accounts year ended 28 February 2016
- New advisory Fuel Rates
- New Advisory Fuel Rates (AFR) for company car users apply from today. The rates can be found here
7 December 2016
- Vat Return online submissions and VAT payable for VAT periods ending 31 October 2016
19 December 2016
- PAYE, NIC and Student loan deductions due for the month ended 5 December 2016
- Filing deadline for CIS300 monthly return for the month ended 5 December 2016
- CIS Tax deducted for the month 5 December 2016 is payable by this date
30 December 2016
- Online filing deadline for submitting 2015/16 self assessment tax return if you require HMRC to collect any underpaid tax by making an adjustment to your 2017/18 as long as your tax liability meets HMRC criteria.
The office will be closing from 23rd December for Christmas and will reopen 2nd January 2017
