HMRC crack down on Ebay Traders and Private Tutors

HMRC have announced that it will be trawling the internet using a ‘web robot’ to catch people and companies who are failing declare all their income. For the next few months an amnesty is in place so that the penalty will be 10% of the tax owed (plus the tax of course!) rather than the maximum penalty of 100%.
