Billable expenses in Xero

There’s a new feature in Xero called Billable Expenses.

Imagine you incur some expenditure – train tickets, hotels etc – that you need to charge on to your customer.

The new feature allows you to record your expenditure and state you will be charging it on to your customer.

Then, when you next come to raise an invoice to your customer you’ll get prompted that you’ve expenses to recharge.

Here’s a video to explain it all…

And, as usual, don’t hesitate to get in touch if you’ve any questions.
