Sending recurring invoices made easy

One of my favourite features that Xero offers is its ability to create recurring invoices and email them to your customers…whilst you do nothing.

This could be great for business offering IT support services or web hosting packages – for example.

Setting up the recurring invoice is a doddle and you can control the frequency the invoices are sent – and for how long (including forever).

You can send the invoice straight to your customer without you ever seeing it. Or, if you’re worried invoices will go out by mistake, you can just have Xero create the invoice but not send it until you say so.

And, when you send your invoice out, you can tailor the email that goes with it so it’s nice and personal for every client.
