VAT MOSS – an update

Some possible good news…

EU Finance Ministers met in Dublin last week and discussed progress on how the VAT MOSS rules are working in practice.

General consensus was reached that there should be a threshold to exempt smaller businesses from the rules…but no figure was mentioned.

So, whilst it’s welcome that the issue is being noticed it might take a long while before a general consensus turns into EU legislation.
