Brilliant new Receiptbank feature
Receiptbank – the automated invoice processing solution – have made it even easier to get invoices into their system with the new ‘Invoice Fetch’ feature.
Invoice Fetch will automatically log in to your online portals and pull the latest invoices into Receiptbank – saving you a massive amount of time.
There are over 2,000 suppliers already set up including favourites like Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, BT and Amazon.
You can set your accounts up by going to the ‘Add Items’ tab in your account and choosing Invoice Fetch.
You do need to be a bit careful at first as Receiptbank will pull in all available invoices which may include some you’ve already dealt with. You can simply archive these in Receiptbank rather than sending them through to Xero.
